Mum And Baby Exercise Classes

45-minute circuit class aimed at Mums wanting to improve their levels of fitness. Exercises are medium impact, focussed around improving strength and stamina.

Expect a HIIT based session in a circuit style.  There are dumbbells, cardio, themed sessions, core work and more from this class designed to build up your fitness safely after having a baby.

Suitable for Mama's from 6weeks postpartum and 10-12 weeks for anyone who has had a caesarean section.

Babies & Toddlers welcome, set up as a stay and play style session, your little ones will be provided with jungle gyms and toys to keep them entertained whilst you exercise around them.
